My name is Josiah; I am a first-generation rancher who is passionate about raising healthy livestock and learning/building systems to be as effective as possible in our ranch businesses. Along with grazing livestock as my full-time job, I also have built a video library on YouTube showing many tips and tricks along with many “How To” style videos explaining some of these systems we have implemented. My main goal in this site and in the YouTube channel is to help other ranchers overcome some of the frustrations that we in the AG business must face by sharing along the way the things that I have learned, (both the good and bad.)

It is my hope that the methods and the tools that I can share will be a help to others, and in some way lighten their workload. Pushing towards maximum effectiveness in our ranch businesses, maximum fulfillment in the tasks we complete daily, and maximum joy from the ranching lifestyle.
